Hove actually
And I stood up in block R, Nort stand when the chant went up for Falmer but some of us were told to sit down. I said to the steward at 1/2 time to take a chill pill and he took umbridge so, on the way out I told him to blow it out of his ass. Now I get to go to about half a dozen home games and usually the same to away matches so, he won't remember me but I will always stand up to that chant...that's what it's all about!

Enjoyed the game...bettre than Tuesday that's for sure!!!!

Well done! The North Standers look like a load of wet blankets when they remain seated during that chant. Is it because of the stewards or are the majority of them akin to cardboard cut-outs? I only sat there once and that was enough!

Largely because the majority of them are miserable whinging sods who moan they can't see if you stand up, and complain about the 'stupid' songs - enough to make you want to give up going, they are such wankers

In the letter that went out about standing during a game it stated the club don't mind if the fans do stand briefly for 'Stand up if you want Falmer'

All of this 'no standing' bolleaux has become silly. It's a football ground staging a football match watched by football fans (the majority anyway). What are they expecting from us? F**king tea and crumpets being passed around after the Pimms FFS?

Our game is being taken away from us piece by piece.....

All of those tossers in the North Stand who remained seated during "Stand Up If You Want Falmer" are a disgrace-we had NATIONAL TV cameras there today FFS. What a great message those wankers/wankerettes gave out!!!

Tea and crumpets would be nice at half time, but only for those who have been suitably vociferous during the first 45. Otherwise, it's spam sandwiches and catering van tea

I was in the north stand today (thankfully not regularly) and have to say the response to the 'we want Falmer' chant was utterly atrocious. Myself, the bloke next to me and another guy a few rows away stood up and sang, but that was it:angry:

Surely not everyone in the north stand is so apathetic about something so important?

Apart from that the match was excellent though. We played well, deserved to win (MUST keep the same XI for Leicester) and the appalling refereeing helped generate that rarest of things at Withdean, an atmosphere:clap2:

The atmosphere was much, much better today - the weather and the battling team performance were the main factors. You could cut the tension with the knife with 20 minutes to go.

Not a peep out of Preston - the quietest away fans for some time, not that they had much to sing about, it's true. Their team are very average if they can't beat us during this injury crisis period.

The atmosphere was much, much better today, which was helped by the poor ref. It was easily best atmosphere of the season.

Good to see that it was not just abuse at the ref (although he was poor and did deserve to be told), the supporters also got behind the team and roared them on.

Ah yes because they new we had TV Camera's didn't they! I didn't even notice untill the second half.

By the time my nans got to her feet everyone has sat down! We should just be grateful people like her are paying to watch the Albion. The attendance wa sunder 6,000! Slagging off other loyal supporters isn't a great way to encourage people to watch us!

Quite a few elderly people watch us and they sit in the North Stand because they can't see in the South when everyone stands up and they would rather to be covered from the rain too.
