I feel for you. Every time my 14 month old is struggling to settle it seems that the whole neighbourhood decides to rev the car/have a loud BBQ/have screaming 10 year old running round the garden.

I was at a square tram station here in Prague recently, Namesti Miru, and counted 13 police cars, and vans racing in different directions all within a few minutes. Mentioned it to a female Czech friend, and she just said they are pretending they are doing something
