was gonna go to Turkey, but the risk is too high.

I have thought you'd have been aware of the risks when you were telling us last month how you were definitely going.

I was going to wear my Turkey shirt into town, you know - in the spirit of world peace, but Safeway said it makes me looks gay. Never mind the fact I wouldn't get to the end of my street before having a barrage of abuse and bottles raining down on me...

I was gonna go with Tukish mates who I went to uni with. They are going and have tickets, but they reckon ID's etc will be checked on the gate and a knowledge of the Turkish language would be the bare minimum to get in. I'm not worried about violence Im worried about not getting in, and it's a long way to go NOT TO GET IN
