I think this is the correct answer on BBC2.

My earliest memories are of the puppets, Cosmo and Dibbs in the mid eighties - this was a completely different programme called 'You And Me'. I always thought they were off their heads on something with being happy one minute then arguing the next about silly stuff but they were magnificent.
