What festival?

Ok the sun was shining for basically the first time in months, so me and my friends, who are far too old and should know better got on the topic of the summer festivals.

We've decided that we're going to give Glatonbury another go, last year it was Bestival. Where are other NSCers going?

Fiberfib in Benicassim. Didn't bother trying to go to Glasto this year because I didn't want to wait round until April to know whether or not I'd be able to get a ticket.

I presume everybody is going to BEACHDOWN seeing as it's on our doorstep?

+ also to be playing there are De la Soul and Gogol Bordello, plus the full DJ line up.

I shall also be at the Big Chill, as per normal.

To be honest, not being very enthusiastic is probably the best way to approach Glastonbury imo.

I'm going, and I swore a few years back I'd never go again. I just hope the sun shines, then I'll make my own entertainment with my mates and just enjoy getting away from the family for a weekend of hedonistic fun.

Yeah I imagine I'll be the same. It'll be nice to get away and have a few days off work.

In the past they'd have been some people I'd have been really keen to see but there's no one I'm that bothered about this time really.

Lowlands. Llow Sweet Home - Lowlands 2008

Went last year, amazingly good. Wasn't going to go this year, but then the line-up exploded and the Dresden Dolls confirmed.

Will probably do Beachdown. Shame Jazzy Jeff pulled out though.

After doing loads of Festivals over the last 10 years I really cant be arsed to do any at all this year. I think the awful weather at Glasto last time out has just put me off for the time being. I even turned down some freebies for it this year.
