In the shadow of Seaford Head
3 managers; finished 7th in the league; now fighting relegation; umpteen new players coming and going; 2 radio presenters suspended; one leaves; new stadium now being built; resultant traffic jams. It can only be the Mighty Albion. Why would you want to support anyone else? It's never boring being an Albion supporter.

How many seasons since 94/95 have been boring? i.e No promotion challenge nor relegation fight.

In fairness (and not any comment on DW) last season was the one where we were never in danger but never felt we were in the hunt either. For me it was a fairly flat season but at the end of it I felt optimistic................oh well, should have known :nono:

This season's "excitement" I could gladly have foregone

The last 4 seasons have been shit imo and I can't say it's been much fun being an Albion fan but I live in hope it all changes for the better from tomorrow on.

I'd say that these past four years are what I was expecting when we orginally moved to Withdean. I think we've finally found our level.

Really? I didn't expect much tbh but I wasn't expecting the quality to be quite so poor and frankly boring for the most part.

Okay it's not been great but at least we can now see a stadium starting to be built. Frankly the late 90s were about as depressing as you could ever get.

. Frankly the late 90s were about as depressing as you could ever get.

But at least the fans ( the few we had left) were behind the team and manager most of the time. In fact I remember some games a Gillingham with 2k crowds creating a better atmosphere than Withdean with 6k. I agree though, they were much darker days than today when the big problems seem to be limited to the playing side. Onwards and upwards as one enthusiastic Albion fan might say..
