What a 12 months we have had

How many seasons since 94/95 have been boring? i.e No promotion challenge nor relegation fight.

In fairness (and not any comment on DW) last season was the one where we were never in danger but never felt we were in the hunt either. For me it was a fairly flat season but at the end of it I felt optimistic................oh well, should have known

Really? I didn't expect much tbh but I wasn't expecting the quality to be quite so poor and frankly boring for the most part.

1995 actually, and I enjoyed the late 90s more than I have the last year or two!

I couldn't agree more...we were amazing that season under Jimmy Case weren't we?

Okay it's not been great but at least we can now see a stadium starting to be built. Frankly the late 90s were about as depressing as you could ever get.

Pardon my French but f*** off! Man City are second only to the scousers when it comes to feeling sorry for themselves. If you look at there history I think most lower league clubs would kill for what they have had. It's a complete myth that they are hard done by!

But at least the fans ( the few we had left) were behind the team and manager most of the time. In fact I remember some games a Gillingham with 2k crowds creating a better atmosphere than Withdean with 6k. I agree though, they were much darker days than today when the big problems seem to be limited to the playing side. Onwards and upwards as one enthusiastic Albion fan might say..
