Turkey makes an important point about Molango - it was also evident in the Crawley match that strength on the ball was not his thing and he got muscled off too easily a few times. This will be meat and drink to experienced Div One defenders. But McGhee has made it clear that he is going to work on this as a priority, build him up and get him more robust. We mustn't expect too much from Molango too soon, I think it will take him time to come to terms with the physicality of Div One football.
In the interview on SW McGhee also says he need to work on his heading. Apparently he didn't get to one, which is why he seems to be more of a replacement for Knight rather than Iwelumo and also explains why MM is still looking for another striker.
McGhee did say he would work on that aspect with him.
