Hi

I would like to know why when we purchase tickets for the West stand disabled area and pay that stand prices a disabled persons access is all at the North Stand.
Yesterday we arrived and were able to park close to the lift on the concourse and it was fine. When we went to the West Stand Lower entrance we were allowed in through the disabled section and it was fine. We had something to eat and then wanted to make our way to the disabled area and that's when the problem started.
The stewards were all very helpful and understanding but what we had to do was go back outside and down the three slopes(which for using a wheelchair and rather steep). We were the told that the access for toilets and food was all in the North stand. Part of the reason that we went in the West Stand was so that we could meet up with family and friends at half time and that end of the game, that is something that we will be unable to do.
I don't want the club to think that I am moaning but I feel that they haven't thought enough of a disabled persons needs. The parking issue is still unresolved and now this at the stadium. It maybe an idea if someone at the club maybe deals with someone in a wheelchair and their needs they would get a better understanding of exactly how difficult it is.
Also the cost for a Senior in West Stand is £346.50 and in the North stand £276.50. Are the club going to look at a refund?

I think it might be best to take this up with the ticket office directly, so if you can PM me your details I will pass them onto the ticket office and get them to give you a call.
