So yet another foreign Premier League manager takes charge of his first match against the slick and smooth Everton. Pepe Mel faces a tough first game and with West Brom's injury problems, the Toffees look the best bet at 5/4.

I've gone for Everton to win 2-1 (8/1) and Romelu Lukaku first goal (9/2). The Toffees look such a good side under Roberto Martinez.
