yep, thought he was a good appointment at the time. Still think people will turn if we lose a few which will happen which is a shame

Wasn't too sure at first, thought we needed a manager with experience. But he's turned it around and i think he'll only improve as a manager.

I wanted an outsider to bring in a breath of fresh air. I thought having Wendy as boss wouldnt really change anything. If things continue like this then I'll be more than happy to eat humble pie.

Must admit the quality of football against MK Dons was top class and the most attractive Ive seen for quite some time albeit against poor opposition. Hope we as fans dont put too much pressure on the youngsters though as like all squads of this age they are going to have, shall we say "not so good" patches.

I was more than happy to see him become boss, purely on the grounds that I felt he was the one person capable of bringing the best out of our youngsters, also the hope that because so many of them clearly want to play for him that they might stay with the club in the long term. Building on what chez mentioned, I reckon the two Deans are probably best able to bring players through their "not so good" patches, ensuring that they are indeed short ones.

Just a couple of weeks ago Adam (El-Abd) was being slated in some quarters for his performances in defence, now he is earning plaudits for his understanding with Dean (Hammond) in midfield, how short peoples memories are. I am not sure how much of his improvement is down to good honest graft, or the work of DW and his coaching staff, but we are seeing the benefits. Surely this goes some way towards vindicating the decision to give him the job.

I admit I was dubious at first. I can remember wendy bottling a few tackles in his time and wondered if that mentality would continue into his managerial style, but I'm happy to say he is proving me wrong with a bold youth orientated approach. it feels good to have an albion man leading us right now!

Funally there is a real good factor back at the club, and the fans are slowly coming back.

Even sheebo cameback for MK Dons, and he said he wouldn't come again ebcause of McGhee!

We just feel so much more like a football team, and not a bloody lpub squad.

Super Wendy!

Now if anyone still thinks McGhee was better may I suggest seeking help.
