So who was it that posted yesterday that they had spoken to the ODPM and been told that the decision would be announced at 9am? They need to take a long hard look at themselves imo.

Knowing how the civil service works nobody seriously expected the clock to show 9am and all hell would break loose with announcements did they?
If reports were accurate yesterday, the 17 envelopes were being sent by courier-presumably for a morning delivery. The interested parties have to read the contents, making sure they fully understand the decision and then there is probably an agreed time for formal announcements.
My guess is that if we find out today-it'll be around lunchtime.
Factor in the fact that The Albion are NEVER on time for their planned press conferences...
SCR have just given a mention and are saying announcement MAY be later this morning.
