My thoughts when I first heard the news. It wasn't helped by Mrs BlueRinse of Falmer speaking as though they had received a letter confirming the bid had been rejected completely. Whereas, it is the exact opposite-we're on our way to Falmer folks and probably quicker than if we'd received a YES today.

The NIMBYs have to prove the suitability of another site which we all know is an absolutely impossible task.
