You won't win anything playing kids. But it seems you can show up the reputations of Championship players and teams with them

i think it help the season we went down we blooded some of them, they have had lots of games under there belts now

It is fantastic to see so many susex boys playing. How many premiership sides field even 5 or 6 british players? Well we have local lads coming through, just how it should be, other clubs should take note.

watford derby and burnley are they only other sides that i can think of who put as many home grown lads out

Hopefully more and more sides will develop in this way. In the premier the 18-21 year olds all seem to be french or spanish, apart from manu where they are portuguese or american. either way, it has got to help us in the long run and is great for the fans!
