Perhaps they could go into administration, pay their debts at a few pence in the pound (spread over five years of course) send the begging bowl round to the FL for an advance, and then buy a few million pound players using someone else's money whilst at all times emphasising that it is perfectly acceptable because they have such fantastic fans.

No precedent for that is there?
