Not really. The prosecution have demonstrated a propensity to deceit and infidelity, as reported on the national news yesterday. Based on the evidence, she was having an affair with Coulson during the period of her engagement and eventual marriage to Ross Kemp. If, as the letter in evidence stated, she loved Coulson, why go through the charade of a wedding to Kemp? Likewise Coulson, it would seem, also got married whilst in the midst of an affair with Brooks.

Can the cost of this investigation and court case be claimed back from perpetrators and their employers?
