I sit at the South end of WSU and I NEVER hear anything being sung or chanted by the North Stand, it's always drowned out by the away fans or by the singing in the WSU.
The Palace fans were very subdued in comparison to most away fans, but the WSU got quite raucous at times.

I took my boy for the first time and after all the build up I gave it, even he said it wasn’t as loud as he thought it would be.

I was in the west lower by the south so that probably didn’t help. And sometimes I do hope palace score so we can get the aggression going in the crowd, and obviously us win at the end.

Just seemed a bit off last night.

I don't think so. We know we're much better than them at the moment, but we've outplayed them time and time again for a few years, and failed to win, so we were a bit nervous - meanwhile they'd have been very nervous given the gulf between the clubs.
