Through & Through
Hi all,
My eldest son, Frazer, is walking from Alfriston to Labasheeda, Co. Clare, on the west coast of Ireland, to raise money for mental health charities.

This isn't just about raising money, it's about creating awareness and trying to stop the devastating impact that suicide can have on so many people.
His aunt, that he refers to in his story, was my sister, who tragically took her own life nearly 18 years ago. I am immensely proud of his efforts to make this happen.
I'm providing his support (and doing some walking when my older legs allow!) We're currently in mid Wales, near the Brecon Beacons, where there are some stunning trails and views. A very timely reminder that getting out and enjoying exercise and nature is an incredible way of lifting your mood.
If you're feeling low, or know someone who is, please speak to someone - anyone - it WILL make a difference - and literally could make the difference between life and death.
I rarely post, but read and lurk, and the NSC community has always been a very supportive church when it comes to mental health and charity. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated, but equally important is to share the message and raise awareness.
He sports his Albion top some days, as you'll see in some of his videos - the legend that is BZ wished him good luck on Instagram last week.
Thanks for reading and UTA!
