Sorry to ask but I understand no envelopes have been opened yet at the club ticket office as the Villa tickets have not arrived ?

Therefore some of these are from Gold Members yet I believe blue members can purchase on-line ?

So therefore if you purchase on-line does that guarantee a ticket or not as if Gold envelopes are not opened yet there may be no tickets left for these applications ?
