Fulham ticket still showing in my wallet and I can't upload Villa ticket.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Sorry, not being a dick just trying to get a cheap laugh. Don’t worry, the game showing is purely ‘cosmetic’. The ST will still work no matter what game it says

I tried fixing this issue the other day. Now I have to go to the ticket office before the game on Wednesday cos my ticket has completely disappeared and supporter services had no idea how to get it back

My Season ticket has 'disappeared' from my Google wallet (on Android) as well after Saturday's game! Tried to reinstall it from the link on the Season Ticket page on the BHA App but it failed as it says that the ticket is already installed and I can only install it once. Guess it means I need to spend time in a queue to supporter services tomorrow or get to the ground early on Wednesday to see if they can sort it in person.

Mine hasn't updated in Android either. I was getting the same error message when tried to download again. I called supporter services on Friday. They suggested it might update after the Forest game. It hasn't.

They've sent a link but I don't want to screw it up and end up having to queue before Wednesday's game.

I appreciate it will work anyway. My concern is if I have to show my season pass to a ticket inspector on the train, if they're particularly officious then it's showing the wrong game.

For those that are having issues try this. Log onto ur account, select season ticket, 2024/2025 should appear and the download tab light up. Click on it and it should upload into ur wallet. Just done mine as fulham was still showing.
