New Albion boss Chris Hughton has held his first press conference this morning.
The 56-year-old Londoner appeared before local and national media at the club's training ground in Lancing.
Flanked by Albion chairman Tony Bloom and chief executive Paul Barber, he answered questions from the floor.
He is due to hold his first training session with the players later today.
He will take charge of his first match on Saturday when the Seagulls travel to Brentford for the third round of the FA Cup.
