Forgot to post this last night, Victoria line is shut today so to get to Paddington either a tedious Circle Line journey or head to Waterloo then a quicker tube journey.

Or go into London Bridge then Jubilee Line to Baker Street then on to Paddington on the Bakerloo Line. Not great I agree but the Jubilee is a nicer line. If you can get to Waterloo then it's be Bakerloo all the way.
