Using Albion Hattrick Instant Wins at Kiosks

Hi,

I've recently won 50% off a burger, and 50% off a hot drink on the Instant Win section of the Albion Hattrick (woohoo! ) but I thought it was worth pointing out that I've been to three kiosks now and none of the staff knew what to do with them. The first two didn't ring it up at all (East Stand Upper), and the third (East Stand Lower) tried to ring it up and then charged my eCash the full amount. Each time, in order not to hold up other people I've just taken the token back but would like to use them properly in future!
