Used to contain 4 million of the highest quality posts on the internet.

Every time I look at NSC, I see this line at the top.

Then I read some of the posts on here and wonder, is it supposed to mean

1. This forum is used by high quality posters

2. This forum once contained 4 million high quality posts (but arguably not any more)?
