Apologies if this has been discussed before.....

Watching West Ham enjoying the rental at low cost of the Olympic Stadium today, it occurs to me that . . . . presumably Upton Park has been sold by the pornographers for a tidy sum . . . . so what happens when the Olympic rent goes up? Have the ownership rules been tightened up post Archer? Looking at Leeds, presumably not. But West Ham now seem to have a licence to print money. So . . . .who paid for the Olympic Stadium and why have West Ham been given a subsidised ticket to the PL trough?

The WHU brand police will be calling on you shortly, I believe that they get very upset when the stadium is not referred to as the London Stadium.

London 2012 desperate for a legacy, and were happy to accept such poor terms just to get someone in occupancy.
