Eric Black set to be kicked out by Coventry....three days after winning an away game 5-2.

To be replaced by Monkey Man must be the final insult.

i nominate claudio ranieri. it must be impossible to go to board meetings knowing that you will certainly be sacked by the people infront of you.

ok i know he will get a MASSIVE pay-off but still it must be so disheartening. especially if he wins the champs league and still gets sacked!

I fail to see how a manager who will trouser a massive compensation package when sacked is unlucky

Black's departure may have something to do with those Russians who claim to want to buy Cov and invest over £200m. They are clearly insane, but it might be a laugh watching Ronaldo move to the concrete slums.

i did take that into consideration. what i mean is his day to day job must be quite awkward really. especially when he has scout reports on players that he knows he wont be the manager of.

of course the money will 'help' but it still its a wierd position to be in

And Stan Ternent is on the way out at Burnley. He got them promoted and kept them up for several season so he's done well for them.

I think a few chairmen are getting delusions about their status.

Thompson at Boston United no funds no decent players. Saves Boston from the drop after a four point deduction ends up mid table.

Second season struggling but ok postion a new owner comes along kicks him out and appoints his mate Evans the man who was banned for illegal payments.

Takes the piss i no longer go to watch them if i am not at the albion:shootself

i FEEL FOR iAN dOWIE . . .HE COULD HAVE SECURED US A 3rd Championship in 4 seasons, living in a cosmopolitan area by the sea, but instead has had to move to the Croydon area and manage scum:lolol: all the while we get some sweaty who's about as much use as a solar powered torch

Is Eric Black being lined up as the new Hibernian manager?

But isn it not good for the soul to see that drubbing Scally 5-2 on his own patch is considered so easy that it won't keep you in a job.
