Why is it no viable to allow us parents to purchase under ten season ticketsat the heavily reduced price?

I would love to take my son and his cousin on a regular basis but I would like them to see the game not just merely observe from a distance ('family stand').

Not sure why you have been unable to buy, perhaps give the ticket office a call, as under-10 STs are available to all.
