That does look a bit dodgy.

Reminds me of the Tokyo Olympics logo story. They dropped the original logo, and I think the guy who 'designed' it had a bit of a history of plagiarism.

Doubt if PL, millwall or indeed UKIP would be able to protect anything as generic as a picture of a lion's head and if they were allowed it would only be for a specific class of business, e.g. Football, thuggery, politics.
I don't think UKIP will be trying to pass off as the PL, but maybe millwall.
