Just managed to book tickets for Twickenham on Saturday 18th June and Hampden Park on Tuesday 21st June!

Also plan Dublin Friday 24th June when they go on pre-sale next Monday and Brussels 10th June (relatives live out in Belgium so they are hopefully going to sort them out for us)

Ticket prices are high - £45 pitch and unreserved seats, Twickenham up to £85 for reserved seats - OUCH!

I just brought Cardiff tickets for part of the parents wedding anniversary present, they were £61 each including booking fees.

I think they are top of Eavis's wish list but up until now they have resisted the offer to play, I suspect the same will apply this year as well. but you never know.

The thing about U2 playing Glasto is that people will buy tickets for Glasto for them and then only come for teh Sunday night leaving the rest of us ticketless and the site emptier for the other days.

I have seen U2 at Earls Court when they release Achtung Baby and by far the best group live I have ever seen.

My tickets for my group were expensive but they will be worth it!!

Tying to guess who will support...

"Snow Patrol?" (allegedly doing US part), Killers Perhaps?

Its gonna be wicked!

:clap2:

How did you mange to get them, they don't go on sale until Friday ?

That's what I thought. Apparently if you are a member of their website you can buy them now. Has anyone who's already got one not bough it from some dodgy online tout who wants to charge £150 or more?

They only went on sale today to members, and we get priority before the plebs.

Guess you cant rule out touting companies being promised blocks of tickets.....
