TV dilemma at 9pm....please help me NSC...

I don't have a video recorder any more. Got rid when I got my DVD player, cos I never bothered taping anything anyway. And I don't have Sky Plus either (in the pipeline for later in the year hopefully). So my torture tonight at 9pm:

I've been following A W P, and its quality as always. But I've been drawn in by I A C now and the Bush Tucker tonight, with Kerry and Jordan biting the heads off insects and maggots, sounds like must-see TV to me.

As it happens I don't have a contrast both are extremely dull, even Auf this time around. Not watched the other, caught about a minute of it the other day and all it was, was bird type noises and pictures. How can anyone watch that.
