Italy v Azerbaijan 15:00
Wales v Serbia&Montenegro 15:00
Greece v Northern Ireland 15:00
Armenia v Spain 15:00
Scotland v Lithuania 16:00
Germany v Iceland 15:00
Switzerland v Rep of Ireland 16:30
Turkey v England 18:00
Holland v Moldova 19:30
France v Israel 19:45
Although some of these are still to be confirmed, as a few changes are taking place - e.g. Scotland v Lithuania was originally intended for 3pm

Each group games have to KO at the same time, i thought that was a UEFA rule !!!

That's one of the reasons I suspect there will still be some changes. However, I suspect that local factors will be taken into account where the result in one match is irrelevant to the other match e.g. th Liechtenstein/Slovakia match.
