Thinking of taking myself on holiday there in November.

Nice and cheap all inclusive deals are pretty attractive at the moment.

Just fancy somewhere outside of Europe and on a limited budget.

Anyone been? Any recommendations? And would it suit a solo traveller?

Thanks for any advice. :)

Visited Sousse , Hammamet and POr El Kantoui over a 10 day holiday.

The food is near on shocking unless you find a top of the range restaurant for example a steak to them would be a birds eye burger to us.

Saying that Port El Kantoui is a decent place, plenty of restaurants that are alright and bars .

Would say if you want cheap then Turkey is better than Tunnisia

I stayed in Hammamet with the mrs this summer. Really nice place, would definitely recommend it. I would say don't go for more then a week as there is not an awful lot to do apart from the obvious camel rides etc. The trip to the sahara desert looked amazing but we were there at the hottest time of the year so would of been unbearable. Remember it's a muslim country so there isn't loads of bars around or anything like that
