Bloke was being man handled for foul and abusive language when we went past, which he was aggressively denying. I think he was led away by Police and Stewards, despite his best attempts to escape their clutches!
The stewards as usual were creating trouble when there was no need for it,they are truely pathetic. The reason so many people were round them at the end was because the guy was being unfairly treated and people were not happy about it. A few of those stewards can expect complaints being made about them within the next few days.

I simply cannot believe stewards were causing trouble?! At withdean? I think you must be mistaken?
He told the police "you have my ticket, you know who I am, you can check it out on the camera, I did not do what the steward said, so I am going home". The police did not try to stop him, and he walked off rather upset, with people around him trying to calm him down. A group of supporters then started applauding him.

The stewards spent the entire 2nd half planning their operation in front of the south stand for.....THAT?!! What was the nature of this hideous crime this man committed? There were 5 police and 20+ stewards involved ffs. It must have involved at least 5 hooligans surely? Not some bloke just wanting to go home and watch the cricket?

portlock nop it involve i person steve the mouth who follows the albion and sussex ccc was reprted for being foul and abusive languge and as he tried to leave the ground the stwerds said u cant leave till we see your ticket he reliped u know where i sit ive sat there for the last 10years with no problems then the more the stewrds where going on about the ticket showing he was getting more and more pissed off untill darren? the copper who goes the all the games come over and sorted the problem out

Well what a bunch of bell ends the stewards are for making such a scene. It actually distracted from the game in the 2nd half over in f block. Something ought to be done about them. They could start a fight in a paper bag by themselves! Hope your friend makes a complaint on behalf of all fans sick and tired of these dumb arsed stewards who disrupt our matches.
