Just a warning currently sat on a train to Falmer from Hastings and it's just been announced the line is blocked between Eastbourne and Lewes.

The current expected delay is around 30 minutes, I'm not sure if this will affect later trains.

Just thought I heard an announcement at Lewes station saying "please get back on the train, the line is now open again".

Southern Rail are reporting signalling problems at Lewes

Update from SASTA's website

Following a fault with the signalling system between Lewes and Eastbourne all lines are now open.
Impact:
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 mins or revised. Disruption is expected until 16:30 29/04.

Grumble grumble but King Taxman and I just waited 25 minutes in town for a bus before giving up. People walking into town because trains are screwed. I suppose it's nothing new but there are still safety issues. The infrastructure is going to really struggle next season. The club and fans (ok, possibly not me) deserve more than Southern and B&H Buses' continued incompetence
