Traffic around the stadium; where and when?

Can anyone report where and when the traffic gets heavy around the stadium please? For example, I noticed on Sunday, there was a 10 minute delay at 5.45 from the A27 onto the Falmer roundabout, and that really wasn't too bad, but I know it can queue all the way back around the bend, which is well worth avoiding if you don't want someone rear-ending you (no sniggering). The traffic seemed worse coming down the Falmer road. I know a lot of people who want to know when to avoid coming around that way, and it's in everyone's interest to spread the information.
