So, if Jeff Minton is in that list - Richie Barker? Darren Freeman? Paul Rogers?

I thought of all these too, but I think they're wrong. Barker and Freeman only had one season where they scored any goals for us, and in both cases it was only about 10-12, which doesn't look like being enough to get on the list. Rogers was reasonably prolific in the season we won League Two (about 8 goals from midfield I think) but again didn't do much after that.

wouldn't be surprised if Barker slipped into that no. 10 slot. What about Stuart Storer?

Paul Rogers is 12th with 14, Freeman has 12, Paul Watson and Richie Barker 11 and Kerry Mayo 10.

Still equal 2nd, 4th and 10th to get.
