Please save me from wading through loads of posts. I originally saw that both us and QPR agreed a fee with Chelsea and the saw £100000 mentioned which sounded fair.

But the Arsegas says a free transfer. Can you agree a fee of free? Do we know if money will change hands or not?

It may be a free transfer but we pay chelsea based on him scoring and more if we get promotion to the value of £100,000
