JP's Office insisited today that he would have the final say on Albions's Falmer Stadium bid - despite a Goernment Departments letter which seems to suggest otherwise. "
This refers to the ambiguous letter recieved by many fans from David Halstead.
"A Spokeswoman for the ODPM said ' the final decision rests with the ODPM. The letters would have been looked at and considered by the appropriate department before being sent to the Planning Inspectorate. I Do not know why the Inspectorate chose to send them to Brighton and Hoe Council. She said there was no date set for the ODPM decision'
