The next government need to change this and up the ante. Emergency workers engaging in sexual activity with or pursuing a relationship with victims of crime or suspects, should be a default gross misconduct dismissal and loss of pension rights. Not a criminal court level of proof which is extremely high and depends of the variabilities of juries. But to the standard established under an independent panel.
