Yeah - i think its on the pyramid stage screen, but stand to be corrected.

Heading up early thursday...

Splendid? Oh yes!

Good to see that Attila has found something to occupy himself with between 2pm and 3pm on Saturday afternoon. It's not clear whether Paul Samrah will be accompanying him, though.

:lolol:

Not sure where we're camping yet, my mates thinks somewhere just behind the pyramid stage i think but as we're going tomorrow we can have a good look about and see what looks good. Green fields will be full of fuckin hippies innit (more so than most places) so we avoiding that.

Ive got a map which I have no idea how to post - but i dunno where Im going.

Needless to say, if there are hippies in abundance, I shall move on!

People I am going with want to leave at 5.30 on Thursday morning. W@nkers! Sleep rape before the festival! We left at 7 am last year on the Thurs and had no probs at all.

My problem is that I am a right grumpy b@stard when really tired. Hell hath no fury like me at 5.30 am (especially as i have arrangements to go to Pub Weds evening).

Moan over. Have a great time everyone.

Everytime I've been I've always camped in the field to the left (if you ar elooking at the stage) and back a bit of the pyramid stage, dunno why always kind of ended in the same place. Not sure whethe rits the same as I've not been for about five years but the open air cinema was at the bottom of the field we camp in so you can sit by your tent coming up or down and watch a tripped out movie.

Id rather a load of hippies than a field of thieving scousers, although granted, too many hippies would grate a bit.

Open air cinema sounds good!

last time I went was the first time the police where allowed in . . . .it somehow strangely coincided with a mass arrival of thieving scouser drug dealers . . . . . which then led to a load of giggling pretend-stoned middle class kids acting like total twats . . . not my idea of fun really.

Just found out somemore of our arrangement. If anyone sees a big Orchard Homes flag (which we have procurred!) that will be our little camp site and will help us find our way home when drunk. We figured that a white flag with a red cross may not stand out particuarly this year!

In previous years (France '98?) football matches were shown at the outdoor cinema. Mind you the stages would have been occupied then by bands as the England games coincided with the main part of the festival.

We usually camp in the field behind and to the right of the Pyramid stage (as you look at it.) Maybe we should meet outside one of the bars before the footy on Thursday? The Mandela Beer tent has always been my 'local' the last two years!
