although the Titanic was owned by an american, how is it an "attraction"
like this ends up in the middle of of the USA ?

They have something like this in Florida to, those yanks love to cash in and over commercialise anything,

Not saying something like this would not be interesting to see or have it's good points but I'm sure it's tacky in places, like feeling an ice berg !!!!

Obviously the Titanic was on it's way to America and had a number of Americans onboard, just seams a stange place to honour it's rememberence.

Just feels to me like the a part of British history being hijacked by the yanks and cashing in on the legacy of the film

there have been a few travelling exhibitions in the UK in the past but nothing on this scale.
They are honouring the titanic in the new Titanic quarter in Belfast which should be interesting to anyone interested !

Branson Attractions in Branson Missouri, Visit Titanic Museum for your Branson Vacation!

Expect to see Titanic in a whole new light. Unlike traveling exhibits, Titanic Branson is a permanent two-story museum attraction shaped like Titanic herself.
This astounding, signature building was built half-scale to the original. Towering 100 feet above Country Highway 76, it holds 400 priceless artifacts in twenty galleries.

The structure is anchored in water to create the illusion of Titanic at sea, and the 90-minute, self-guided tour is designed to give guests the sensation of being an original passenger on Titanic’s 1912 maiden voyage.

Walk an elegant replica of the Titanic's Grand Staircase
Touch the frozen surface of an 'iceberg'
Feel the chill of that fateful "Starry Night"
See the world's largest Titanic ship's model on display
Stand on the mighty ship's bridge and hear the Captain's commands
Try to send an SOS signal from the ship’s wireless room

You'd never get this country nicking bits of others' history and civilisation. Oh, hold on a minute...
