Ticket upgrade

Probaly v easy to do but...if I get me and my son a st for the amex, and want to upgrade my son's ticket for an adult one, how do I actually do it? Sounds as if its a swipe card you get.

Currently you are able to do this by calling the ticket office, or popping in to the ticket office. You have to pay the difference and a small admin fee. Policy at the Amex is to be announced.
