Ticket Troubles

Please could someone explain why I cannot buy an Under 16 ticket for the Gillingham game? When i click update it goes back to being an adult. Is it because I have them booked in a certain place?

I would be grateful for any help.

once i had set up my son on the friends and family he came up as a choice...i then just selected the under 10s ticket

I have sorted it now on one of the other accounts. Just a technical hitch I guess.

I have set up my wife and grandson on the friends and family but they do not appear when I try to book tickets? When I try and reset them it says they are already set up?? I cannot get a reply when I e-mail my query? I think the website is very poor, not enough guidance!! I have learnt more from the NSC than the club.

Login to each of their accounts and add yourself. The accounts must be added from each direction, then they'll show up in F&F.
