Whilst in the club shop Queens rd this week a non season ticket holder came in & asked about the 5 ticket package that was on the screens Tues & how much were they?
When he was told £172 he said 'Fine' I'll have two & got his wallet out
The assistant then said 'i cant sell them, you'll have to go home & register first & then come back or buy online'
The ticket section was shut but 3 were standing by the till serving 1 person every few minutes
Are we so wealthy that we are the only shop in Brighton that turns away someone that wants to spend £350? The ticket section should never be shut or have an iPad by the till to register & it would have paid for itself on just one single transaction
