It would seem you can't purchase any tickets at the moment due to a problem with them not being able to accept card payments :tantrum:

Quite good with a evening game tomorrow, and Falmer less then a year away!

Not an unusual problem, LOADS of shops have it. Credit card authorisation is a very 1980s technology. How do you know its not their card merchant, or a BT problem with the phone line, or a NUMBER of other things out of Albions control ?

Does anyone have an update on the ticket office situation yet?

Unfortunately Seagulls.co.uk is a "banned site" in my office so I can't check. (What I do know is the phone number is currently out of order...)

Technical Problems in Ticket Office

The Albion Ticket Office is currently unable to process any card transactions in person, over the phone or online, owing to technical problems.

However, payments can still be made by cash or cheque over the counter in the Ticket Office.

The Merchandise Store is not affected, and is open for business as usual.

The club apologises for any inconvenience, and progress updates will appear on seagulls.co.uk throughout the day.

Rubbish I can only order over the PHONE and its DEAD! Cant make it into Brighton today, bloody hope its SNORTED before 5pm or I'll have to try again tomorrow.......DOOOOOOOM!

I've just rang and ordered tickets no probs.

Reckon it'll be a sell out myself...if we only have 2500 tickets to sell!

I was put in at queue position 11! Now at position 2 after 11mins....

This happened to me the morning of the Villa tickets for white members - it was snowing and only one of the boys/girls made it in for opening time - then the debit card payment facility went down . . . .

. . . . there's a cashpoint over by churchill square

A maximum of 1 tickets for BHAFC V Leyton Orient can be purchased. Customer ** currently has 3 currently purchased or booked for BHAFC V Leyton Orient.



ONE....I can only buy ONE online?!?! EH?!?!

That's what I was getting. It's shithouse, hence why the wife-to-be had to go in today.
