Ticket Line number

Hi

Can you tell me if the club plan to change the ticket line telephone number.

Lat Monday I called to sort a ticket out and was advised that I was in queue position 41 and it took 2 hours for the call to be answered.

The issue that I have is that if I called from my mobile to a 01273 number it would be free. I have just spoken to Sky and they have told me that the call has cost me £7.85 which I think is unfair for me to have to pay.

Also I have tried to buy Sunderland tickets on line and they are saying SOLD OUT!!

Please can you advise what is happening as its not very helpful and then on top of this when we do get tickets we get charged a booking fee. I feel that the only person incurring hassel and fees is me!

There are no plans to change the number, however we are looking at introducing an extra number and call centre to speed up the time it takes to process calls. This is likely to be available for the Sunderland game on a trial basis and may be something that is introuduced in future for future busy periods.
