ticket help for sunderland game please guys

hey guys i need a question answering im a season ticket holder in the north stand and want to go to the sunderland game but also my wife would like to go as well as part of my birthday treat,am i able to swap my seat for another that isnt held by a season ticket holder and the one next to it as well?or do i have to wait till they go on general sale and hope there is 2 seats that havent been snapped up already?

Guessing you only have 1 season ticket,then you will either have to take a chance on the general sale or phone the ticket office and try to blag a spare.
Hold off buying yours till about half 4 on wed and try the phone general sale at 5.At least you should still be guaranteed 1.

It will be very easy to get two seats together when they go on general sale and in all likelihood you will probably be able to get your own seat and one of the seats either side of it. Don't panic !
