update about the ticket exchange?

Hello Paul,

Concerning the thread linked above would it not be better just to have this available for every game as opposed to a sell out ?

I have changed holiday plans to ensure we are back for Leeds at home however many people will have booked holidays in advance knowing they miss games hence the need for the ticket exchange - not really just because a game is a sell out which may only be a few days prior to that actual match.

It's not been finalised, but (as other clubs do) if the ticket office has availability, then ticket exchange won't be available.
