Ticket avaialbility in last few days before a fixture

We keep being told that the club does not hold back on selling the cheaper tickets for games.

On the Friday before the Leicester game it was not possible to by pairs of tickets, let alone 3 or 4, for the game in the South Stand.

Yet there was a complete empty block between Albion supporters & Leicester supporters.

Why were these tickets not offered for sale?

We believed from Leicester and from sales figures that they would bring a decent walk up on the day, so as they had pretty much sold out their 1600 allocation. We still had a decent amount of home availability (including the option to open the north shelf if needed). Also, due to the segregation gates at the back of the south stand we had to offer both blocks and hold that many seats.
