El-Abd - Also excellent, shame he didn't score in the first half

Good point, tried to play decent football on an awful surface. We are certainly heading in the right direction.

Elphick was excellent.
Whenever el-Abd goes forward, he gets into scoring positions and totally wastes them, unfortunately. He lacks the guile to beat keepers, and I think the blood rushes from his feet to his head and overwhelms him.
