Despite my dislike of the owner, whatever his name is, Wetherspoon's is the only one I ever use. I'd avoid sitting inside but if there's a terrace/garden, I'm not averse to a quick pint.

But if I want to eat, I wouldn't consider going to any of the above. I'd rather support a local business and eat something decent.

Wagamama's is my favourite on the whole list. I'd probably also save Pret and Burger King (I need something quick and not too crap on motorway services).
